Brazil minister says taxing millionaires is one option under income tax reform

BRASILIA (Reuters) – Taxing millionaires in Brazil is on the table under a planned income tax reform, but it is only one of the scenarios being evaluated by the government, Finance Minister Fernando Haddad told journalists on Thursday.
