COLON TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Firefighters with Colon Community Fire and Rescue saved a dog that had fallen through the ice on a lake Sunday morning.
They were called to Long Lake Road just before 10:30 a.m. for a dog that had fallen through the ice on the channel.
Firefighters attached a rope to the dog, named Stevie, and pulled him to shore safely.
