KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A free watch party will be held tomorrow evening at Lawson Arena as the Western Michigan University Bronco hockey team is playing in the Frozen Four.
It is the first time the WMU team has advanced this far in the postseason.
The Broncos defeated Denver University for the National Collegiate Hockey Conference championship this year, and will play them for the fourth time this season tomorrow at 5 p.m.
The winner advances to the national championship game on Saturday against either Penn State University or Boston University.
A fan sendoff was held yesterday in Kalamazoo.
