(Reuters) – Cambodia’s Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday that Cambodian authorities had arrested a number of “Chinese criminals”, including individuals from Taiwan, in late March and handed them over to Chinese authorities.
In a statement, a ministry spokesman said the handing over of the arrested individuals was in accordance with Cambodian law and adherence to the “One China” policy.
There were no details of how many people were arrested and handed over to China.
