Voters reject four funding requests in Allegan, Kalamazoo, Van Buren counties

KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Voters in Allegan, Kalamazoo, and Van Buren counties rejected four funding requests in yesterday’s election.

In Allegan County, the Otsego Public Schools bond proposal failed.

Kalamazoo County voters also said no to Parchment School District’s bond proposal request by 55% to 45% and Alamo Township’s operating millage failed, 65% to 35%.

In Van Buren County, voters in Bloomingdale Township turned down a road millage request, 55% tp 45%.
