MARSHALL, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Michigan Department of Transportation will be closing the M-311 bridge over I-94 as well as two ramps for bridge deck repairs beginning Monday, May 12.
The $150,000 investment will improve the bridge condition until the interchange replacement project is completed in the coming years.
Both loop ramps at I-94 Exit 104 will be closed from 8:00 p.m. Monday, May 12 t0 6:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 13, and from 8:00 p.m. Thursday, May 15 to 6:00 a.m. Friday, May 16.
During these closures, traffic will be detoured on Michigan Avenue, Columbia Avenue and Beadle Lake Road. There also will be nighttime single-lane closures on I-94 at M-311 during the ramp closures.
