KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Three men have been arrested after the Kalamazoo Valley Enforcement Team executed three search warrants on May 15 along with the federal Drug Enforcement Administration and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives.
All three search warrants were executed in the 1400 block of Fox Ridge Drive and were part of the same investigation.
They seized three guns, a large amount of ammunition, distribution amounts of heroin/fentanyl and methamphetamines, and U.S. currency believed to be drug sale profits. They also seized equipment used to process, manufacture, and sell drugs.
Two of the three guns had been reported stolen, and all three suspects have prior felony convictions and are not legally allowed to possess either a firearm or ammunition.
The suspects are 45, 39, and 35-years-old and are locked up in the Kalamazoo County Jail. Their names are not being released.
