Jackson, MI (WTVB)- Authorities are investigating after several dead dogs and severed animal parts were found in a freezer at The Parlour of Jackson.
The restaurant’s new owner says the remains were discovered Sunday in a garage tied to a previous operator, who had been using the space to store personal items. Animal control officers removed the evidence, and the Jackson County Animal Shelter has launched an investigation.
The former operator has not responded to requests for comment. The new owner says he had been trying for weeks to get the items cleared from the property.
