AUDIO: Around 150 kids take part in Turn 2 Foundation’s Play Ball clinic

KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Around 150 kids took part in a Play Ball clinic at Kalamazoo Central High School yesterday.

It was put on by New York Yankees Hall of Fame shortstop Derek Jeter’s Turn 2 Foundation and MLB, and Turn 2 Foundation Sharlee Jeter says they are proud to work with MLB on it.

Jeter says they want to make the Play Ball clinic a Kalamazoo tradition.

Both Sharlee and Derek Jeter graduated from Kalamazoo Central High School in the 1990s.
