LANSING, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Two Michigan residents are among over 300 people charged in the 2025 National Health Care Fraud Takedown.
Attorney General Dana Nessel says 61-year-old James Carthron of Saginaw is charged with making false claims to Medicaid of around $11,000s. 42-year-old Daleena Miller of Battle Creek is charged with making a false Medicaid claim and intentionally putting false information on a medical chart.
Nessel says the government seized over 245-million-dollars in cash, luxury vehicles, cryptocurrency and other assets.
