DEARBORN, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – It is more expensive to fill the gas tank this week than last.
Triple-A Michigan says the average price is up 12-cents a gallon to $3.27, which is 16-cents more than last month but 32-cents less than last year.
The most expensive gas in the state is in Saginaw at $3.33, and Marquette in the Upper Peninsula has the most affordable gas at $3.06.
A 15-gallon fill up costs $49 on average in Michigan.
In southwest Michigan, Cass County has the lowest average price at $3.20, followed by Calhoun County at $3.26, Allegan County at $3.27, St. Joseph and Van Buren counties at $3.28, Kalamazoo County at $3.29, and Barry County at $3.34.
