VAN BUREN COUNTY, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office says deputies arrested a man yesterday for leading them on a four-mile chase as fast as 90 miles an hour.
A deputy tried to pull over the pickup truck around 7:30 p.m. for several traffic violations in Columbia Township, and he drove away.
The sheriff’s office has not said exactly where the chase happened.
The 27-year-old Grand Junction man was arrested when the truck was found at a home after he drove through a blueberry field and was able to lose the deputy.
