BofA appoints co-presidents as CEO Moynihan says he will serve through the decade

(Reuters) -Bank of America appointed Dean Athanasia and Jim DeMare as co-presidents, the U.S. lender said on Friday, as CEO Brian Moynihan reinforced his commitment to lead the second-largest bank in the country through the end of the decade.
