HAGAR TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A 47-year-old man has been arrested by the Berrien County Sheriff’s Office for allegedly breaking into a home in Hagar Township on September 27 and hitting a patrol vehicle when he was trying to get away.
Deputies found the U-Haul he was driving after he crashed into a tree, but two other suspects ran off and remain at large.
He was arrested on charges of fleeing and eluding, aggravated felonious assault, burglary, and more.
The man also had outstanding warrants.
