PAW PAW, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – One man is in police custody after Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office deputies seized almost 40 ounces of narcotics, a gun, and cash from his home in Paw Paw.
The home is on Willard Street near Hazen Street and deputies seized a loaded 40-caliber handgun, nearly 16 ounces of cocaine, and nearly 24 ounces of methamphetamine.
Child Protective Services were contacted to take care of two children who were in the home.
Deputies say the 43-year-old man also had 52-hundred dollars in cash that they say is “directly related to the sale of the narcotics.”
