(Reuters) -Spain’s economic growth slowed to 0.6% in the third quarter from 0.8% in the previous three-month period, preliminary data from the National Statistics Institute (INE) showed on Wednesday.
The quarter-on-quarter growth was in line with the expectation of analysts polled by Reuters.
On an annual basis, Spain’s third-quarter economic output expanded 2.8%, below the 3.0% growth expected by analysts polled by Reuters.
The INE revised the annual growth rate for the second quarter to 3.0% from a previous 3.1%.
