DEARBORN, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – It’s 3¢ more expensive per gallon to fill the gas tank in Michigan this week.
Triple-A Michigan says the statewide average is now at $2.85, which is 19¢ less than last month and 20¢ less than last year.
A 15-gallon tank costs $42.
Michigan’s most expensive gas is in Ann Arbor at $2.94, and the most affordable fuel is in Marquette at $2.66.
In southwest Michigan, prices are lowest in Berrien and Van Buren counties at $2.84, with Allegan and Calhoun counties at $2.85, Kalamazoo County at $2.88, St. Joseph County at $2.91, Cass County at $2.92, and Barry County at $2.95.
