Dec 17 (Reuters) – JPMorgan named Edward Byun as its global head of technology equity capital markets, or ECM, based in San Francisco, according to a memo seen by Reuters on Wednesday.
The company continues to invest in its technology ECM business and strengthen leadership across regions.
Byun, who joined earlier this year from Goldman Sachs, has more than two decades of experience and brings a global perspective and deep sector expertise to advising clients across markets, the firm said.
The firm also named Tegh Kapur as head of Americas technology ECM, also based in San Francisco.
Kapur joined last year from Morgan Stanley and has more than 16 years of experience across markets and products.
Bloomberg News first reported the moves.
Technology ECM remains a top priority for the firm as it seeks to grow market share, JPMorgan added.
