WASHINGTON, Dec 23 (Reuters) – The U.S. Justice Department said on Tuesday it filed a proposed consent decree to resolve U.S. claims against LivCor, a Blackstone portfolio company, over alleged anticompetitive practices in housing rental markets.
In early January, the Justice Department sued six large landlords, including LivCor, over alleged information sharing and algorithmic coordination.
