Denny’s locations in Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids close

KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Two Denny’s restaurants in west Michigan have closed for the last time.

The doors are locked at the Denny’s on Cork Street in Kalamazoo near I-94 and on Plainfield Avenue NE in Grand Rapids, near I-96.

Both are listed as permanently closed on Google and have been removed from the chain’s website.

Franchise owner Denn-Ohio filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2023 and once owned ten Denny’s in the Midwest.
