LOWELL, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – State Senator Thomas Albert, whose 18th District includes all of Barry County and portions of Allegan, Calhoun, Kalamazoo, Kent and Ionia counties, has announced his reelection bid.
The Republican was first elected to the Senate in 2022 after serving in the Michigan House of Representatives.
“Michigan’s best days are ahead of us – but only if we choose real leaders who believe in accountability and creating opportunities for everyone,” said Albert. “This election is about moving forward with proven policies that fight inflation and make life more affordable, strengthen families, and give our children a brighter future.”
Albert and his wife Erica live near Lowell with their five children.
