Feb 18 (Reuters) – Australian billionaire Kerry Stokes-owned SGH Ltd and U.S.-based Steel Dynamics on Wednesday sweetened their takeover offer for BlueScope Steel, valuing the Australian steelmaker at A$15 billion ($10.62 billion).
