THREE RIVERS, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Three Rivers Community Schools and Union City Community Schools are both closed today as a result of the tornadoes that devastated the two communities Friday.
Three Rivers school officials say their instructional buildings are safe, but they are still assessing and cleaning up the damage.
Ten people in Three Rivers were injured by the EF-2 tornado.
An EF-3 tornado devastated multiple homes and killed three people in Union City, and cleanup there is also ongoing.
