JEFFERSON TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Cass County Sheriff’s Office says 66-year-old Todd Willingham of Mishawaka, Indiana was killed Wednesday afternoon in a crash on Oil City Road.
Willingham left the road while he was going south in Jefferson Township and hit a tree.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
