JEFFERSON TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A woman and her infant passenger are hospitalized after they were injured in a Cass County crash Wednesday morning.
Sophia Smith’s vehicle was hit by 22-year-old John Handlang of Coloma, who ran the stop sign on Dailey Road when she was southbound on M-60 in Jefferson Township near Cassopolis.
County sheriff’s office deputies have not said how severely the two were injured.
The crash happened around 6 a.m.
