U.S. forecaster sees neutral weather conditions persisting through summer

(Reuters) -El Niño-Southern Oscillation (ENSO) neutral conditions are expected to develop and persist through the Northern Hemisphere summer, with a greater than 50% chance through August-October 2025, a U.S. government weather forecaster said on Thursday.
