South Korea rail construction site collapses, some workers missing, Yonhap says

SEOUL (Reuters) – A rail construction site in South Korea has collapsed, with some workers missing at the site in Gwangmyeong, south of the capital Seoul, the Yonhap News Agency said on Friday.
