KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – You may want to batten down the hatches before you go to work this morning because we could be in for another storm later today.
Kalamazoo County Administrator Kevin Catlin says the National Weather Service says we are in a moderate risk zone, which could mean anything including hail and tornadoes.
He says folks should pay attention today to weather announcements and warnings.
It comes as Kalamazoo crews are still making the rounds, removing brush and branches after the last storm system that ripped through town.
Kalamazoo city commissioner Qianna Decker had this urging for residents.
So far this season when have seen what climate change experts predicted, fewer rainy days, but more intense storms when it does start to pour.
