New residence halls under construction at Kalamazoo College

KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – An anonymous donation of $30 million is helping Kalamazoo College build new residence halls.

The new dorms will increase student housing capacity by around 25% and will be open in the fall of 2027.

In all, the work will cost $55 million, and the halls will feature primarily single-occupancy rooms.

Construction is underway.
