(Reuters) -Britain’s Primary Health Properties on Monday proposed to buy healthcare real estate investor Assura for 53.3 pence per share, valuing it about 1.79 billion pounds ($2.4 billion), trumping a rival bid from KKR and Stonepeak Partners.
