DEARBORN, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Gas prices in Michigan are down 13-cents a gallon to start the week at $2.79.
Triple-A Michigan says that is the lowest price in the state since April 2021 and is down 41-cents from last month and 49-cents from last year.
A 15-gallon tank of gas costs $41 on average in the state.
Michigan’s highest gas price is in Ann Arbor at $2.93, and Grand Rapids has the lowest price at $2.69.
In southwest Michigan, Cass County has the lowest average price at $2.63, followed by Van Buren County at $2.71, St. Joseph County at $2.72, Berrien County at $2.74, Allegan County at $2.76, Kalamazoo County at $2.81, Barry County at $2.85, and Cass County at $2.97.
