KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A man will serve the next two years on probation for crashing his vehicle into the Speedway gas station on South Westnedge Avenue in Kalamazoo and injuring several people on March 19.
Eric Johnson tested positive for THC and police say he had vape pens in the vehicle that tested positive for THC as well.
He pled no contest to reckless driving causing serious impairment of a body function and one other charge.
The Kalamazoo County Prosecutor’s Office says he will serve six months in jail if he violates probation.
Johnson was going 62 miles an hour when the crash happened.
