AUDIO: Kalamazoo County leaders to meet with next Kalamazoo city manager in Iowa

KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A group of local leaders will be taking a trip to Missouri soon to brief Kalamazoo’s new city manager.

Kalamazoo County Administrator Kevin Catlin says they will be traveling down to Des Moines to meet with Malcolm Hankins, who isn’t expected to begin work here until after the New Year arrives.

He says their aim will be to keep the momentum going.

Catlin did not give a date for their trip to Iowa or say who will be making the journey.
