MINNEAPOLIS, MN (WKZO AM/FM) – The Detroit Lions will not make the playoffs this season.
They lost to the Minnesota Vikings on Christmas, 23-10, at US Bank Stadium.
Quarterback Jared Goff threw two interceptions and lost three fumbles.
The Vikings and Lions are tied for last place in the NFC North with 8-and-8 records.
Detroit will finish the season on the road at the Chicago Bears next Sunday.
