DETROIT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The FBI Detroit Field Office says its agents made 841 arrests in 2025, a 120-percent increase from 2024.
The FBI says they also secured over a billion-dollars in restitution for fraud victims.
75% of the arrests made this year are tied to violent crime and gang investigations.
The FBI says they disrupted over 250 time-sensitive and targeted threats of violence in the area, seized 166 firearms, located over 90 missing children, and seized over 350 kilograms of illegal drugs.
