WASHINGTON, DC (WKZO AM/FM) – The U.S. Supreme Court will not hear the appeal from Barry Croft Jr. of his conviction for his role in the Governor Whitmer kidnapping plot.
Croft was one of the ringleaders and was sentenced to nearly 19-and-a-half years in federal prison in December 2022.
President Trump has said he would “look at” issuing a pardon for Croft and Adam Fox in the case.
Whitmer, however, says if he does, Trump will be breaking a promise.
