DEARBORN, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Gas prices in Michigan are down seven-cents a gallon from last week on average.
Triple-A Michigan says the price is now $2.83, three-cents less than last month and down 27-cents from last year.
A 15-gallon tank of gas costs $42 on average statewide.
Michigan’s highest price is in Ann Arbor at $2.95 and the lowest price is in Traverse City at $2.52.
In southwest Michigan, prices are the lowest in Van Buren County at $2.63, followed by Calhoun County at $2.73, Allegan County at $2.74, Berrien County at $2.76, Cass County at $2.77, Kalamazoo County at $2.80, St. Joseph County at $2.81, and Barry County at $2.89.
