OSHTEMO TOWNSHIIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Oshtemo Township Planning Commission will hear a revised plan for a 48-acre development on West Main Street tonight.
Ferlito Group wants to build a Kroger grocery store on the site along the south side of West Main Street along with a gas station, restaurants, stores, a coffee shop, and apartments.
They also want to build 329 single family homes in an area that had been planned to be duplexes.
The planning commission will vote on the project tonight.
