ST. JOSEPH, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A 26-year-old Kalamazoo man has made his first appearance in Berrien County court this week on several charges for shooting another man at a rest area on Interstate 94 in Watervliet Township.
Noah Ditchie is charged with assault with intent to murder in the Monday night incident that injured a 34-year-old man from Perry.
Ditchie is also facing charges for carjacking and assaulting an Illinois man.
He is held on a one-million-dollar bond.
