PORTAGE, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Four federal lawsuits have been filed against Stryker Corporation over the Iranian cyberattack that happened March 11th.
The lawsuits were filed by current and former employees in Colorado, Michigan, New Jersey, and Tennessee and say the computer systems were insufficiently protected.
They allege a list of issues with the Portage-based medical company, including not ensuring employees installed the most recent software patches and updates and not properly training them or contractors on how to handle incoming emails.
Stryker says the cyberattack has been contained.
