MUSKEGON HEIGHTS, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A viral video that has circulated on social media since Saturday afternoon of a handcuffed woman escaping a Muskegon Heights police SUV is valid according to police.
She has been on the run since around 3:30 p.m. on Saturday when she jumped to the ground and ran off with her hands cuffed behind her back.
It happened near Norton Avenue and Peck Street when police were searching her car.
She is also accused of breaking into a home on Peck Street nearly an hour later.
