DETROIT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Detroit Tigers ace pitcher Tarik Skubal will miss the next several months due to a needed surgery on his left elbow to remove what manager A.J. Hinch called “loose bodies.”
Skubal had been scheduled to pitch last night against the Boston Red Sox.
His last start was last Wednesday and was seen shaking his left arm several times.
Skubal is the two-time defending American League Cy Young Award winner.
