LANSING, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Apr. 20, 2026) – With the unofficial start of the state’s spring/summer tourism season less than two weeks away, Pure Michigan officials are hopeful that the current high gas prices plaguing motorists won’t linger.
Last week, this promotional arm of the Michigan Economic Development Corporation launched a new campaign, as Nick Nerbonne and his colleagues are looking to inspire travelers to experience the beauty, renewal, and sense of adventure available in this state over the next several months.
This $6.4 million multi-media campaign is slated to run through July 31st.
