DEARBORN, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The average price of gas in Michigan is up slightly, rising 2¢ a gallon in the past week.
Triple-A Michigan says the average price is now $4.19 a gallon, which is down 70¢ from last month and a $1.10 more than last year.
A 15-gallon tank of gas costs $63 on average around the state.
Michigan’s highest price is in Ann Arbor at $4.27, and the lowest price is in Marquette at $4 a gallon.
In southwest Michigan, Calhoun County has the lowest price at $4.12, with Allegan County 1-cent higher at $4.13, Cass County is at $4.15, Van Buren County at $4.17, St. Joseph County at $4.18, Berrien County at $4.20, Kalamazoo County is at $4.21, and Barry County is the most expensive at $4.27.
